Common Questions

How do I connect my WhatsApp Business number?

After signing in, open the WhatsApp Connect screen and follow the Meta Business login flow. You'll need a verified Meta Business Manager account and a phone number that isn't already on the WhatsApp consumer or Business app. The full guide lives in your dashboard once you're logged in.

My bot isn't replying to messages — what now?

First, check the Inbox screen — if messages are arriving, it's an AI configuration issue (knowledge base empty, prompt missing). If messages aren't arriving at all, your WhatsApp webhook is disconnected: re-run the WhatsApp Connect flow. Still stuck? Email us with your registered phone number and we'll diagnose.

How do I subscribe or change my plan?

All subscription management happens at app.wauto.ai/user/subscriptions. We don't process payments inside the iOS app per Apple's guidelines — open the link in your browser to subscribe, upgrade, or cancel.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Email info@wauto.ai from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm, then permanently erase your account, conversations, contacts, and uploaded media within 7 working days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Where can I report a bug?

Email info@wauto.ai with: a one-line summary, what you expected vs. what happened, your device (iPhone / Android / Web), the app version (Settings → About), and a screenshot if possible. We triage every report within one business day.

Is my customer data secure?

Yes. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We never sell or share your contacts. We never train AI models on your private conversations. Read the full breakdown in our Privacy Policy.
